Responsible Delivery

Oversight is designed in, not reviewed afterwards.

These are the controls that sit under Seaggle engagements — how we handle human oversight, permissions, privacy, evaluation, monitoring, and documentation.

Delivery controls

What applies to every engagement

  • Privacy by design

Data collection is limited to what the workflow needs, access is scoped by role, and retention follows an approved schedule.

  • Least-privilege access

Systems operate within explicit permission boundaries, enforced by the platform rather than by convention.

  • Human oversight

Consequential actions require a person. Automation proposes; an accountable human decides.

  • Evaluation

Quality is defined, measured against representative cases, and re-checked before changes reach production.

  • Auditability

What happened, who approved it, and on what basis is recoverable after the fact.

  • Monitoring and incident paths

Operational signals are watched, and there is an agreed route and rollback when something degrades.

  • Documentation

Architecture, decisions, and operating procedures are written down as a deliverable rather than a favour.

AI-specific commitments

What we will and will not do with AI

Applied AI is the area where the gap between a demonstration and a responsible production system is widest. These are the commitments that close it.

  1. 1

    A person decides anything consequential

Automation drafts, retrieves, classifies, and recommends. Where an action has a real effect on a person, a customer, or a record, an accountable human approves it.

  2. 2

    Quality is measured, not asserted

We define what good enough means with the people accountable for the work, build a test set from representative cases, and re-run it before changes reach production.

  3. 3

Access is enforced by the platform

Permission boundaries are applied at retrieval time by the system, not requested politely in a prompt. A user sees only what they were already entitled to see.

  4. 4

Failure has a documented path back

Monitoring covers output quality, cost, and latency, and there is a tested rollback to previous behaviour when something degrades.

  5. 5

    No automated hiring decisions

Seaggle does not use automated rejection or ranking to make hiring decisions. Where tooling assists a search, it supports a human reviewer who decides.

AI-enabled workflows retain human oversight. High-impact use requires jurisdiction-specific review before deployment.

What we do not claim

Certifications and compliance

We do not display security certifications, compliance attestations, or partnership badges that we have not earned and cannot evidence. Where a client requires a specific certification, we will tell you plainly whether we hold it, whether we can work within your certified environment, and what a third party would need to assess.

Where a control on this page matters to your risk process, we can walk you through how it works in practice during scoping — including its limits.

Bring your risk questions to the first conversation.

Oversight, data handling, and evaluation are easier to discuss against a real workload than in the abstract.
