Seaggle provides US-based IT staffing, direct-hire recruitment, career coaching, and visa sponsorship support services. Our services are provided at no cost to candidates. Employer fees are separate and governed by individual agreements.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the application process. Misrepresentation of qualifications, visa status, or work authorization is grounds for immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Seaggle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Seaggle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to failed placements, visa denials, or employer decisions. We make no guarantees of employment outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated or if continued engagement is not in the best interest of either party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
