Seaggle's full privacy notice — covering controller identity, jurisdiction-specific rights, retention schedules, and state disclosures — is being completed with qualified legal counsel. We will not publish a draft that you might rely on. What follows is an accurate description of the site's current behaviour so you can make an informed choice before submitting anything.

What this site collects

This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit one of its forms. There is no account system, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties.

Responding to a project inquiry

What we collect: Name, work email, company, role, and the description you provide
Why: You submitted the form asking us to respond

Working a talent requirement

What we collect: Name, work email, company, role details, location, timing, and your requirement summary
Why: You submitted the form asking us to search against it

Responding to an Academy inquiry

What we collect: Name, email, pathway of interest, background, and your stated goal
Why: You submitted the form asking for advice or information

Considering Talent Network interest

What we collect: Name, email, location, primary role, years of experience, and a profile URL you provide
Why: You asked to be considered for relevant requirements

What we deliberately do not collect

Résumés and other uploaded documents — we do not accept uploads until secure storage, retention, and deletion handling are approved
Marketing consent bundled into a service request — consent to be contacted about your enquiry is separate from any marketing permission
Personal details inside analytics — form events record whether a submission succeeded or failed, never names, emails, or free text
Sensitive field values in server logs — only non-sensitive fields and a delivery identifier are recorded

Consent

Every form requires you to actively confirm that we may use your information to respond. No consent box is pre-checked, and submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything. The exact wording differs by form — for example, the Talent Network form states explicitly that submitting interest does not guarantee assessment, placement, or employment.

Asking us about your information

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us and we will action it. Once the formal notice is published, this section will set out the specific rights that apply to you and the timescales we commit to.
